1. 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 금지

체인시스템즈와 댕그램은 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) 및 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM, Child Sexual Abuse Material)과 관련된 모든 행위를 명시적으로 금지하며, 어떠한 예외도 허용하지 않습니다(무관용 원칙).

구체적으로 다음 행위가 금지됩니다.

• 아동이 등장하는 성적 학대물(CSAM)의 제작, 업로드, 저장, 공유, 링크 게시 또는 이를 요청하는 행위
• 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상화하는 이미지·영상·문자·음성 콘텐츠의 게시
• 아동에 대한 그루밍(길들이기), 성적 유인, 성적 목적의 접근·대화 시도
• 아동 성매매, 인신매매, 성적 착취를 조장·알선·광고하는 행위
• 아동 성적 학대를 미화·정당화·조장하거나 관련 자료의 소재를 안내하는 행위
• 아동의 신원·위치 등 개인정보를 성적 목적으로 수집하거나 공유하는 행위

댕그램은 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 허용하지 않으며, 서비스는 반려견 사진·영상 공유를 목적으로 합니다.

2. 앱 내 신고 기능 (사용자 신고 경로)

모든 이용자는 앱 안에서 다음 경로를 통해 CSAE 의심 콘텐츠·계정을 신고할 수 있습니다.

• 게시물 신고 — 게시물 우측 상단 ⋮(더보기) 메뉴 → 신고하기 → 사유 선택 후 접수
• 계정 신고 및 차단 — 프로필 또는 게시물의 ⋮ 메뉴 → 계정 신고 / 차단
• 고객지원 문의 — 앱 내 설정 → 고객지원 → 문의하기
• 이메일 신고 — 아래 아동 안전 담당자 연락처로 직접 접수

접수된 신고는 관리자가 검토하며, 아동 안전 관련 신고는 최우선으로 처리합니다.

• 해당 콘텐츠의 즉시 비공개 처리 및 삭제
• 관련 계정의 즉시 이용 정지 및 영구 이용 제한
• 증거 보전 및 내부 기록 보관(수사 협조 목적)
• 대한민국 관계 기관 신고 — 경찰청 사이버수사국(ecrm.police.go.kr), 방송통신심의위원회 불법·유해정보 신고(국번없이 1377)
• 필요한 경우 미국 실종·착취 아동 방지 센터(NCMEC) 및 해당 국가 관계 기관에 신고·협조
• 재발 방지를 위한 검토 및 정책·기술적 조치 강화

댕그램은 업로드되는 이미지·영상에 대해 자동 검토 절차를 운영하며, 신고 및 자체 점검을 통해 부적절한 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 관리합니다.

5. 적용 범위 및 준수 원칙

본 기준은 댕그램 서비스의 모든 이용자, 업로드 콘텐츠(사진·영상·댓글), 메시지, 커뮤니티 활동 등 서비스 이용 과정 전반에 적용됩니다. 체인시스템즈는 아동의 안전을 최우선 가치로 삼으며, 아동 성 착취 및 학대 관련 대한민국 법령(아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 등)과 Google Play 개발자 정책을 준수합니다.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

ChainSystems and Danggram explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy with no exceptions.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, linking to, or soliciting CSAM
• Any content that sexualizes or sexually depicts a minor (image, video, text, or audio)
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexually motivated contact with minors
• Child sex trafficking, sextortion, or advertising/facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors
• Promoting, normalizing, or providing access to child sexual abuse material
• Collecting or sharing a minor's personal information for sexual purposes

Danggram does not permit registration by children under 14. The service is intended for sharing pet dog photos and videos.

2. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspected CSAE content or accounts directly within the app:

• Report a post — tap the ⋮ menu on a post → Report → select a reason
• Report or block an account — tap the ⋮ menu on a profile or post → Report account / Block
• Customer support — Settings → Support → Contact us in the app
• Email — contact the child safety point of contact below

Reports are reviewed by our administrators, and child safety reports are handled with the highest priority.

• Immediate removal of the reported content
• Immediate suspension and permanent termination of the related account
• Preservation of evidence and internal records to support investigations
• Reporting to Korean authorities — Korean National Police Cyber Bureau (ecrm.police.go.kr) and the Korea Communications Standards Commission (1377)
• Reporting to and cooperating with the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other competent authorities where applicable
• Ongoing review and strengthening of technical and policy measures to prevent recurrence

Uploaded images and videos are subject to automated review, complemented by user reports and internal monitoring.

5. Scope and Compliance

These standards apply to all users, user-generated content (photos, videos, comments), messages, and community activity within Danggram. ChainSystems prioritizes child safety and complies with applicable laws, including the Republic of Korea's Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses, as well as Google Play Developer Policies.
